- Go through your inbox and unsubscribe from any email lists that no longer serve you
- Get rid of any expired food or products you have in your home
- Go through your computer and delete documents, photos, or downloads that you no longer need
- Unfollow accounts on social media that don’t inspire you or make you feel good when you consume their content
- Donate clothing and home items that no longer fit or that you don’t like
- Deep clean your car
- Prioritize and organize your finances
- Delete pictures, videos, messages, and apps that you no longer need on your phone
- Cancel subscription services that you no longer use
- Limit stress and clear out negative emotions you may be feeling
