2 Drugstore Products You Need for Healthy Skin

Next time you head out to a store (or do your online shopping), you need to pick up these 2 products that you will love. Both of these products were recommended to me by my dermatologist. I’ve been using them for years now! Below are the deets for these must-have products for healthy skin. 

CeraVe Moisturizing Cream – Best. Moisturizer. Ever. I have tried A LOT of moisturizers and this one is hands down my favorite. I use this stuff year round. I never have dry patches (even in the freezing cold winter months) on my face because of this cream. It has a nice thickness to it without it feeling overbearing on your skin. You can use this on your body too if you need some extra moisture anywhere. A little goes a long way with this cream, so a tub of it lasts me about 6-8 months. 

Purpose Gentle Cleansing Wash – Don’t get me wrong, I love my Tula face wash that I have shared about before (more on that here), but I also love using this one. I use this cleanser a couple times a week to mix it up. It’s so gentle and doesn’t really have a scent, which makes it perfect for sensitive skin. I typically use this in the shower and cleanse the whole way down my neck as well as my face. This face wash will leave your skin feeling so fresh and so clean!

My dermatologist first recommended these products to me when I was struggling with acne a few years back. I don’t really have issues with acne anymore other than the occasional blemishes because well ya know, I’m human.
